General Policies

  • quoted, invoiced and payable in ZAR
  • quoted per suite per night
  • based on a maximum of two adults per suite
  • accommodation, breakfast, internet access, secretarial services, tourism levy and 14% VAT
  • subject to change without prior notice
  • We recommend a minimum stay of two nights throughout the year

Children Policy

  • This policy applies to all persons from 0 up to and including 11 years old
  • Persons from 12 years and older are considered as adults and will therefore require their own room/suite at the applicable rates
  • 0 – 11 Year old (sharing suite with adults) are accommodated:
    • at R500 per child per night and inclusive of breakfast and 14% VAT
    • in a cot and/or sleeper couch, depending on the availability thereof and their ages
    • but not permitted in the relaxation retreat, gym and leisure areas
    • and may enjoy dinner in the privacy of their own suite
  • Children not sharing with adults (occupying their own suite) will be charged at the normal suite rate
  • Sleeper couches can accommodate a maximum of two children each, depending on their age
  • Cots can accommodate a maximum of one child per cot
  • Suites accommodating children sharing with parents contains one sleeper couch per suite
  • Child minding facilities are available at an additional cost by prior arrangement

Travel Information

Insurance

  • We highly recommend that travel insurance is taken out

Transfers

  • Transfers can be arranged with reservations on request at additional costs
  • All transfers are handled by accredited car hire and charter companies
  • All transfers must be arranged prior to arrival

Payment

  • 25% Deposit will be required within 14 days of reservation being made
  • Balance will be required 30 days prior to arrival
  • Full pre payment will be required at time of booking for reservations made within 30 days of arrival

Cancellations

Peak Season (20 December – 10 January)

  • Only written cancellations will be accepted. Ensure to receive an acknowledgment of cancellations from reservations
  • 50% of fee if cancellation less than 60 days prior to arrival
  • 100% of fee if cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival

General

  • Only written cancellations will be accepted. Ensure to receive an acknowledgment of cancellations from reservations
  • 25% of fee if cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival
  • 50% of fee if cancellation less than 15 days prior to arrival
  • 100% of fee if cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival

Group/Conference: Deposit, Payment and Cancellation

  • This policy applies to bookings of five (5) or more suites
  • A minimum of a 2 night stay applies through out the year
  • A 10% non-refundable deposit may be requested at the time of booking in order to secure rooms, depending on the size of the group
  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is payable 90 days prior to arrival
  • A 100% non-refundable payment 60 days prior to arrival
